We recommend Kiko or Kiko/Boer crosses when developing a commercial goat herd. Our experience has been that Kiko and Kiko/Boer crosses are lower maintanence, grow faster, and have more parasite resistance than purebred Boers. Add some Kiko blood to your herd and see the difference!
This buckling was born spring 2009 out of a 50% NZ Kiko Percentage Doe (Cinnamon) and our 100% SA Boer Buck (Drake). One of twins. We are selling him unregistered though he could be registered as a 50% Boer. He would make a nice commercial herd sire. This picture is a little dated and doesn't show how nice of a buck he is.
